The hotel is beautifully modern and very clean. It’s conveniently connected to a mall, which made dining options easy and accessible. My room had a lovely view of the city, and ample charging options were available, including USB ports near the bedside. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a variety of pastries and fresh fruit—definitely a highlight! However, the restaurant was a letdown. The dinner menu felt limited and overpriced. The shower pressure was also disappointing. I expected something better. A locked refrigerator in the room was inconvenient for keeping drinks cool. Though the staff was helpful, issues with billing for basic amenities and locked facilities caused some frustration. Overall, I would love to return, but hoping for better dining options.

The SPA under renovation limited relaxation options!!! Noise from alarm testing disrupted work calls!!! Locked refrigerator prevented access to chilled drinks!!! Extra charges for basic water service felt unreasonable!!! Invoice issues caused further frustration!!!

The staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially Alfredo who went out of his way to help us. Our room was like stepping into a luxurious oasis. it had a rain shower and a spacious setup with all the electrical connections I needed, including USB ports on the nightstands, man, now that's convenience.

It wasn’t the least expensive stay around, but given everything, it was well within reason.

It was just a nice choice for strolling in Mexico City with very good value for money. The panoramic views of the city from my room were stunning, making my mornings really special. Check if there's a nearby market for some local snacks to enjoy in your room.

fiesta americana was a great choice for our family! the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we loved how convenient it was to access a mall with diverse dining options nearby, especially on sundays when you can find classic dishes like menudo and carnitas!

I enjoyed my stay with my family in a Deluxe Double Room for 8 nights. The hotel was modern and attached to a mall, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. However, I was disappointed that breakfast was quite basic and didn't offer enough variety, especially for the price. Also, the refrigerator in the room felt more like an inconvenience since it was locked, limiting our ability to keep drinks and snacks cool.
